 My name is Tein Hlwa, founder of Hampton Roads Investor.

I began my real estate career in 2018 as a part-time real estate agent in New York before relocating to Virginia with my wife, Jennifer, in 2019. As first-generation immigrants, we came to this country with a strong work ethic and a belief in the American Dream. Those values continue to guide everything we do today.
